Expert in data privacy. He has long experience in managing data privacy projects for entrepreneurs, in particular those operating under multinational capital groups. He is also an expert in new technologies.

He is an experienced Data Protection Officer (previously: Information Security Officer) and a trainer. He coordinates and manages the implementation of personal data protection systems and information security for companies from such sectors as finance, production, automotive and agriculture. Since he is familiar with the nature of these sectors, he can come up with effective and creative solutions to complicated legal issues.

For the past 10 years he has been involved in conducting audits, trainings and counselling related to data privacy. In his practice he combines his experience as an in-house lawyer in a global shared services centre of an automotive capital group with his subsequent experience in numerous unique and interesting consulting projects for various clients.

In his everyday work he supervises the support offered to entrepreneurs in applying laws related to new technologies, including those focused on intellectual property rights, combating unfair competition and implementing solutions to secure marketing operations.

He is fluent in Legal English.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed first-degree studies in International Relations at the University of Bielsko-Biała. He is listed as an attorney at law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Katowice. He is also a member of the Data Privacy Practitioners’ Association.

He is a fan of connoisseur movies and contemporary comic books. When he wants to distance himself from business, he goes on a mountain trip with his family.

In our legal office he is responsible for the data privacy and new technologies departments. He also manages customer relations.
